The Creekview High School Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By supporting the Foundation, you are investing in your child’s education, as well as tomorrow’s leaders and problem solvers. We appreciate your support!


Who We Are

Jim Maher, President

Jim has been a member of the Creekview Community for 20 years and has twin boys in the 10th grade and been active in coaching numerous recreation teams (Soccer, Basketball, Flag Football and Lacrosse) and helped start the Boys Youth Lacrosse Program in the Creekview Zone.  Jim has also served on the school council at Macedonia, Creekland and is currently on the Creekview council. 


Matthew Schultz, Vice President

Matt is a dental materials sales territory manager with 20 years of professional experience. Originally from the Baltimore area, his family has called the Creekview district home since 2015. His wife Jaime is very active in the Tennis Community and daughter Caroline and son Charlie are active in both Creekview Feeder and Travel Sports. The Creekview Foundation is Matthew’s third Non-Profit Journey, having helped raise over $100,000 for a family memorial scholarship fund and his family’s Private Foundation, Patton Claus. 


Chris Pattillo, Treasurer

Chris has lived in the Creekview district for 10 years with his wive and their seven children, who are actively involved in community sports - including baseball, basketball, track, and cross country. Chris is a CPA and works as a Director of Finance at ADP. His wife is a stay at home mom and substitute teacher in the Cherokee County School District. He looks forward to helping the Creekview Foundation make a lasting impact on students and families.

 

Jessi Esterling, Secretary

Jessi is a clinical social worker currently serving as Vice President of Operations for FaithBridge Foster Care, a local nonprofit caring for vulnerable children and families in Cherokee county and the greater Atlanta area. Jessi and her husband Zach have lived in the Creekview district since 2014 and have four children- one college graduate, two in high school, and one in middle school. 

 

Mark Harrington,  Committee Chair

Mark has proudly called the Creekview district home since 2007. He most recently served on the CVHS Girls lacrosse booster club in roles including treasurer and VP. Mark and his wife have four children - two daughters who are in college, one son in high school, and one son in middle school. All of their children have participated in various sports, clubs, and activities over the years.
